(Q) I've put in a lot of ToolTips on a form, but only some of them seem to work when I
move my mouse over the controls. I usually have to click on a control to get the ToolTip
to show up. What's wrong?
(A) This usually happens when you group controls in another control, such as a
rectangle. The overlaying control was probably the last one to be placed on the form, and
as such, it's placed on top of the controls with tooltips.
To fix this problem, select the rectangle or line control, and then select "Send
To Back" from the Format menu in design view.
