This project contains a class that automates sending email from Novell GroupWise. It works with GroupWise 5.2, 5.5, and 6.0. Requires GroupWise 32-bit client to be installed. Uses Groupwise Object API, see the documentation and downloads sections on http://developer.novell.com/ndk for technical details. There are two download files:
1) groupwiseclass-a97.zip, has been preconfigured as an MS Access 97 MDB file, which can be adapted to other MS Office applications with very minimal modifications. A sample usage procedure is included in the database.
2) groupwiseclass.zip is a VB project that can also be compiled into an ActiveX DLL. See comments in the code for additional details. The frmGwDemo.frm file, found in the download, contains sample usage and can be opened in any text editor.
The class has been updated since it was originally posted on The Access Web in 2000. Compared to the previous versions, it includes some minor enhancements and bug fixes. The syntax in this version is compatible with the previous versions of the class.
