CCRP Award
During the San Francisco VBITS that concluded on March 5, 1999, the Common Controls Replacement Project (CCRP) was awarded the
VBPJ Editor's Choice Merit Award for our work in providing free custom controls to VB developers. Needless to say, this was a huge
surprise to all of us - Brad, Ramon, Earl, Jonathan, Karl and myself - in attendance at the Monday night 'VIP' dinner. Other award winners
included Microsoft, Sheridan, GreenTree and NuMega. I was fortunate
enough to be the one to present the award to the founder of the CCRP, Jeremy
Adams during his visit to Toronto in 2000.
